At Palette Schedule, we aim to provide high-quality digital tools and services for architects, designers, and developers.
As we continue to develop and refine our platform, this policy explains how refunds are handled for any digital products, subscriptions, or services purchased through our website or associated platforms.

1. Free Access and Demonstration Phase
Currently, Palette Studio operates primarily as a demonstration and pre-launch showcase.
No payments or subscriptions are required at this stage.
When paid plans become available, this refund policy will apply.
2. Digital Products and Subscriptions
Once launched, Palette Studio will offer paid features such as advanced AI analysis, live data integrations, or project exports.
As these are digital services, refunds may differ from physical goods but remain compliant with UK consumer law.
You are entitled to a refund if:
You purchased a paid service in error and contact us within 14 days of the transaction, and the service has not yet been used.
A technical issue prevented you from accessing the purchased feature or subscription, and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
We cannot issue refunds for:
Services that have already been accessed, processed, or used.
Changes of mind after using the digital service.
Misuse of the product or unauthorised account access.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time by contacting joe@palettestudio.co.uk or through your account settings (once active).
Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access until that date.
No further charges will be made after cancellation.
4. Refund Requests
To request a refund, please contact us via email: joe@paletteschedule.com
Include the following details:
Full name and email address
Payment date and reference (if available)
Reason for your refund request
We aim to review all refund requests within 5–10 working days and respond via email with confirmation or next steps.
5. Third-Party Payments
If payment is made through a third-party platform (such as Stripe, PayPal, or App Store billing), refunds will be processed according to that provider’s policies.
Palette Studio cannot override third-party transaction rules.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In the event of technical errors, duplicate charges, or unauthorised payments, Palette Studio will investigate and issue a full refund where appropriate.
Refunds will only be made to the original payment method.
